Employee Benefits Fairs Save Employers’ Time

Employee Benefits Fairs have proven to be a strategy for successfully communicating total employee benefits to an entire company’s workforce. The environment at an employee benefits fair is more engaging than an email or a letter which might be sent to an employee’s US postal address.  At the conclusion of a Plan Sponsor University (TPSU) Fiduciary Education Program held at the University of Oregon, TPSU Founder and CEO, Fred Barstein spoke with Scott, CFO of a 250-employee organization where management recently instituted an employee benefits fair.  Scott describes the successes the employee benefits fair has delivered to his organization.  As the CFO, Scott looks for operating efficiencies – and the employee benefits fair is an efficient method of communicating with all employees!
