401k Tool Helps Employees Plan Retirement

401k tools come in many forms for helping retirement plan participants. A 401k tool that helps to communicate “how much” a participant should be saving is very beneficial for interested plan participants.  At the conclusion of a Plan Sponsor University (TPSU) Fiduciary Education Program held at University South Florida, in Tampa, Florida, TPSU Founder and CEO, Fred Barstein spoke with Deirdre from the Human Resources Division of their firm.  Deirdre discusses her firm’s semi-annual meetings where their retirement plan advisor effectively communicates exactly how much money each participant should be regularly saving in order to meet their retirement goals. It appears that the communications program is working well for the construction company’s approximately 50 employees.
