The Benefits Analyst at an affiliated services firm, which provides services to architects and engineers across the nation, shared how their organization used financial wellness to make a difference with plan participants.

The financial wellness was part of a three-pronged strategy which used one-on-one meetings, financial literacy, and the plan’s recordkeeper to drive results.
