401k plan design features have come to the forefront of 401k industry.
401k plan design features have been the lynchpin for The IDEAL 401k Plan, previously introduced by, Fred Barstein, Founder and CEO of The Plan Sponsor University (TPSU). After much original research, TPSU studied plan sponsor comments and subsequently summarized that data into what has become known as IDEAL 401k Plan design. This includes auto-features, such as, automatic deferrals, automatic increases, including a managed account solution, and additional features. Every company cannot participate at the exact same levels, so these features have come to be known as suggested prudent features and practices at TPSU Programs.
