401k Retirement Meeting Size Needs Monitoring

401k retirement meetings do not just run themselves.  Considerable thought and planning will produce improved results when in preparation for a company 401k retirement meeting.  Knowing what should be addressed and how to properly engage the attendees of a 401k retirement meeting will help plan sponsors to achieve improved results. At the conclusion of a Plan Sponsor University (TPSU) Fiduciary Education Program held at the University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee, TPSU Founder, and CEO, Fred Barstein spoke with Chris from the Human Resources Division of their firm. Chris discusses his firm’s practice of being attentive to how employee 401k retirement meetings are progressing during the meeting.  Chris and his firm have noticed that the size of a meeting group also contributes to the success of a plan.
