Employee Benefit Fairs are a proven strategy for efficiently communicating all employee benefits to the company workforce. The environment at an employee benefits fair is much more engaging than an electronic email or a physical letter to the employee’s US Mailing address.  At the conclusion of a Plan Sponsor University (TPSU) Fiduciary Education Program held at the University of Oregon, TPSU Founder and CEO, Fred Barstein spoke with Scott, CFO of a 250-employee organization where management recently instituted an employee benefits fair.  Scott describes the successes the employee benefits fair has delivered to his organization.  As the CFO, Scott looks for operating efficiencies – and the employee benefits fair is an efficient method of communicating with all employees!
