Employee Benefit Fairs are a proven strategy for efficiently communicating all employee benefits to the company workforce. The environment at an employee benefit fair is much more engaging than an electronic email or a physical letter to the employee’s US Mailing address. At the conclusion of a Plan Sponsor University (TPSU) Fiduciary Education Program held at the University of Oregon, TPSU Founder and CEO, Fred Barstein spoke with Scott, CFO of a 250-employee organization where management recently instituted an employee benefit fair. Scott describes the successes the employee benefit fair has delivered to his organization.
