401k Retirement Meetings Needed for Success

401k retirement meetings are very important to the success of a participant funded a retirement plan.  Even having 401k retirement meetings planned does not necessarily guarantee that the meeting will be held.  At the conclusion of a Plan Sponsor University (TPSU) Fiduciary Education Program held at Rice University in Houston, Texas, TPSU Founder and CEO, Fred Barstein spoke with Delia Eric, of the Human Resources Division of a 250 employee firm. Delia maintains a communications role through the Human Resources Division.  She feels it is valuable to fine-tune the communications by better planning and by delivering strong feedback sessions.
