Chief Retirement Officer (CRO) Role – 401ktv Vlog

Hi, my name is Steff Chalk and I’m executive director of The Plan Sponsor University and 401ktv. I’m here today to talk about the role of the Chief Retirement Officer. When you have a CRO, that CRO moves that 401k plan from just a retirement plan in a company to a plan for the benefit of the employees.
