401(k) Plan Advisor changes have reached a historic high. Easily, the most important decision that a plan sponsor can make is – “Who should we select as our plan’s advisor?” All of the other topics are important – such as ERISA counsel, plan auditor, the record-keeper, investment manager etc. However, nothing impacts the success of a retirement plan – as does the 401(k) plan advisor that works as the plan leader.
