
The U.S. workforce is Active, Restless, and Confused – based upon surveys and findings from last week. Over the recent year, consultants and hiring professionals have been grousing over the facts that:
- Seasoned Staff are are quitting,
- Few who have taken new positions over the recent years have been satisfied; and
- Many workers long for their old position from 1 or 2 jobs ago!
The Great Resignation is in full-swing, and it is not satisfying to Workers or Employers!
Recent studies and surveys reflect a multitude of workers have quit on impulse or out of boredom. We are all living in the clutches of the Great Resignation. This leads to many workers being strapped with Great Regret over their recent attempt to land in “Greener Pastures”!
Just shy of three-quarters of those who resigned during the Pandemic (72 percent) have experienced either “surprise or regret”.
