Fiduciary Education Opportunity for Retirement Plan Fiduciaries and Plan Trustees at Rutgers University – August 9, 2016

Fiduciary Education The Plan Sponsor University (TPSU) is inviting Fiduciaries and Trustees of 401(k) Plans and Defined Benefit Plans to take advantage of a half-day education program being held at the Rutgers University Inn and Conference Center on Tuesday, August 9, 2016, from 9:00AM to 3:00PM.  The program is being delivered at 178 Ryders Lane, New Brunswick, NJ   08901.  This TPSU Program has been approved for 5 hours of Continuing Education Credit with human resources associations and a national accounting organization.

 

Your TPSU Adjunct Lecturer – Jamie Greenleaf, C(k)P, Certified 401(k) Professional

Ms. Jamie Greenleaf, Adjunct Lecturer of The Plan Sponsor University (TPSU) will be instructing and moderating during the TPSU Program.  A recognized expert in retirement plan strategies, Jamie is a principal and partner of Cafaro Greenleaf. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Delaware Valley College, is a Registered Financial Advisor with Series 7, 26, and 63, is Life Insurance licensed, and is a Registered Investment Advisor representative. She has earned the C(k)P Designation awarded by The Retirement Advisor University, a collaboration with UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Education.
Jamie was named one of the TOP 300 Most Influential Advisors in Defined Contribution by 401k Wire™ and was named one of planadvisor™ magazine’s Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisors in the country.  She is a sought-after speaker and she earned the Certified Behavioral Finance Analyst® (CBFA®) from the Center for Behavioral Finance;

Jamie has spent her entire career helping retirement plan trustees, fiduciaries and public fund administrators. She has provided consulting services in all areas of plan management and oversight, including plan design, fees and services benchmarking, investment management selection and monitoring, fiduciary and regulatory compliance, investment policy design, and financial education

The core curriculum being addressed during the day will include the topics of Behavioral Finance, Understanding Retirement Readiness and Measuring the Impact of Outcomes for a Company Retirement Plan.

The U.S. Department of Labor encourages company retirement plan fiduciaries to be proactive in their pursuit of Fiduciary Training and Education so fiduciaries are positioned to be good stewards of qualified retirement plans, including 401(k) Plans.
