Purpose:
This Request for Proposal (RFP) was developed by Essentia Health (the “Plan Sponsor”) to request information that will assist in selecting and engaging a compatible Investment Advisor for the 401(k) and 403(b) Plans. The RFP was invite-only and issued on 9/6/2016 – the incumbent was not invited. Proposals are due 9/23/16 with finalists expected to be announced in September.
