ESG under pressure from state governments creates a ripple felt by the institutional investment community, according to the annual survey conducted by fund consultant Callan.
In an annual survey of 109 institutional investors on environmental, social and governance implementation, Callan states that only 35% of respondents incorporated ESG into investment decisions this year. The same question in 2021 resulted in 49% of respondents incorporating ESG into investment decisions.
