The Plan Sponsor University (TPSU) is inviting Fiduciaries and Trustees of 401(k) Plans and those working on their organization’s 403(b) or Defined Benefit Plans to take advantage of a half-day education Program being held at Marylhurst University on Wednesday, November 16, 2016, from 8:00AM to 2:00PM.
This TPSU Program has been approved for 5 hours of Continuing Education Credit with human resources associations and a national accounting organization.

Nathan founded 401(k) Solutions serves as Managing Director, where he oversees all aspects of the firm’s small plan market retirement services business. Since 2006, Nathan has held various roles within the firm’s Research, Client Services, Marketing, and Sales departments. Previous to 2006 Nathan established the firm’s thriving Annuity Conversion business. In addition to his management responsibilities, Nathan enjoys meeting with plan sponsors and their employees across the nation. He is passionate about delivering high quality retirement solutions to businesses, and improving the retirement readiness of their employees.
Nathan earned his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Davis, and his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.
The TPSU Program
The core curriculum being addressed during the day will include the topics of Behavioral Finance, Understanding Retirement Readiness and Measuring the Impact of Outcomes for a Company Retirement Plan.
The U.S. Department of Labor encourages company retirement plan fiduciaries to be proactive in their pursuit of Fiduciary Training and Education so fiduciaries are positioned to be good stewards of qualified retirement plans, including 401(k) Plans.
