Segmenting Employee Retirement Education Gaining Traction

Henry speaks about how Pratt’s one-on-one approach is highly popular with the roughly 900 participants in the plan. Education segments include: planning retirement for millennials, women and finance, and sessions for older employees approaching retirement.
